SUMMER (RE)CONNECT
Summer Connect is a way to meet someone you have never met, go a little deeper, share experiences and ultimately build up the body that we might know one another better to labor side by side for the Gospel and the glory of Jesus Christ. Pick and activity, date and time, share it with the office and fill the board with ways to Connect Authentically!
CALVARY STICKERS
If you don't have a vinyl Calvary sticker yet, be sure to grab one off of the table in the foyer. They look great on your car, notebooks, water bottles, etc.!
OPERATION CHRISTMAS CHILD
Operation Christmas Child (shoeboxes) is coming up this fall. Stores are having summer clearance and back to school sales. Now is the time to start filling your shoe boxes while saving money.
MISSIONARY PRAYER: THE SEARS FAMILY
Seth, Andrea and Jude Sears serve in La Carpio, Costa Rica.
Pray for their intern Sam's cultural adjustment, Spanish-language ability, and acclimation to their team.
Continue praying for Justin and Oscar (boys the Sears have ministered to). Pray that Justin will distance himself from friendships that are not healthy. Oscar is now living in Nicaragua with family. Pray for his adjustment to life there and that he would take advantage of this opportunity to make a new start.
